Pine Grove Cemetery Rules And Regulations
Pine Grove Cemetery is jointly owned by the City of New Buffalo and New Buffalo Township. It is managed by The Pine Grove Cemetery Authority as organized by the City of New Buffalo and New Buffalo Township in Agreements dated 1967, 1981, 1989 and as amended by the Pine Grove Cemetery Authority Agreement dated September 17th & 18th, 2018.
The Pine Grove Cemetery Authority meets on the second Tuesday of the months of February, May, June, August, October and December at 2pm at the New Buffalo Township Hall, 17425 Red Arrow Highway, New Buffalo, MI 49117.
The City of New Buffalo appoints two member representatives and New Buffalo Township appoints two member representatives. These four member representatives appoint a fifth member as the Chairperson.
