Mobile Food Pantry
The Pokagon Fund has funded a series of Mobile Food Pantries for families in need who live in our communities.
Unlike regular food pantries that offer nonperishable goods, a Mobile Food Pantry provides fruit, vegetables, dairy products and baked goods. Each family who comes to the pantry is given 50 lbs of food. Families do not have to prove need, just prove that they live in Harbor Country (New Buffalo, Michiana, Union Pier, Grand Beach, Sawyer, Harbert, Three Oaks).
