Supervisor Conway called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.                                          Call to Order

Also present were: Steinke, Braden Rahm & Zabicki.

7.                  Tap Fee

 

a)      The CITY shall charge a tap fee of $1,500 for each new residential water service in the TOWNSHIP up to 1”.  The CITY may modify said tap fee from time to time.  Tap fees for service over 1” and commercial tap fees shall be charged to cover the actual cost of time and material plus any adopted plant investment fees, but in no circumstances shall the amount charged be less than $1,500.  The CITY may change tap fees due to increased costs or unusual charges, upon reasonable notice to the consumers of its water.
