Fire Ordinance Fee Amendment

 

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the New Buffalo Township Board hereby amend fire fees for pool fills as follows;  $115.00 for the first 1000 gallons, and an additional 1000 gallons or any part thereof if $15.00 if requested at the same time to the same address.  Additional gallons may be requested at the same rate of $115.00 for the first 1000 gallons and $15.00 for additional water up to 1000 gallons; and

 

WHEREAS, New Buffalo Township realizes that there are some properties where wells are out; and where water is a necessity; the cost of well fills will be substantially less from that of pool fills; The charge for well fills is hereby amended to the first 1000 gallons of water is $35.00 and additional 1000 gallons may be purchased for $15.00 if requested for delivery at the same time to the same address.  Additional water may be requested at a rate of $35.00 for the first 1000 gallons of water and an additional 1000 gallons of water at $15.00.
