Supervisor Conway called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.                                                      Call to Order

Conway moved, Rahm seconded to approve the bills as presented;                                           Bills

General Fund $26,587.21; Building Fund $11,237.52; Liquor Fund $379.26;

Sewer Fund $5,403.18; Water Fund $4,652.50; Ambulance $8,840.78.

Rahm moved, Braden seconded to approve the minutes of the                                       Minutes

January 20th, 2003 Regular Meeting

 

 Braden moved, Steinke seconded to set the Site Plan Review Fee at                            Site Plan

$50.00 or Cost by the ZA hourly wage, whichever is greater.                                        Review Fee

Conway moved Braden seconded for the Treasurer to set up a payment                                    Sewer bills

plan with West & Brazik for Sewer Bills.

Conway moved, Rahm seconded to authorize “Phase II” Storm water                           Fishbeck

payment for 2005 & 2006.

Steinke moved, Braden seconded to extend the Tax Deadline to March1, 2004             Tax/Interest

without Penalty.

Braden moved, Steinke seconded to authorize Planning Commission and ZBA               Training

member to attend a workshop on March 11, 2004 in Benton Harbor. All                                 

registration and out of pocket expenses to be paid by the Township.

Rahm moved, Steinke seconded to approve the IRS mileage rate of $.375 per mile.      Mileage Rate

 

            Motion             Carried

 

Conway moved, Rahm seconded to nominate Myron Warshaw as the Local                 Emergency

Municipal Emergency Preparedness Coordinator, and for Warshaw to pick                               Preparedness

his alternate.                                                                                                                             Coordinator
