called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Call to Order
Also present were: Rahm, Steinke, Braden & Zabicki.

was lead by Rahm.
NEW BUSINESS:
Zabicki moved, Conway
supported to set a Public Hearing for Golfmore
Estates II
for October 3rd, 2003. Public Hearing is for a
Special Assessment District to
pay for the yearly License Fee with
Amtrak.

moved, Braden supported to approve a Watermain
Extension in Forest Beach
@
Eryen Way.
Waterline is to service lots 171, 172, 173 & 174. Payjay
Inc.

moved, Braden supported to authorize the New Buffalo Township Fire
Department
to have an Impress Cash in the
amount of $200.00. Fire Department Personnel are to follow
New Buffalo Township Policies and
Procedures regarding “Petty Cash”.
