SPECIAL MEETING

November 25th, 2003 @ 3:00 p.m.

Supervisor Conway called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.                              Call to Order

Also present were: Rahm, Steinke & Zabicki.

Braden absent.

 

 New Business

 

Union Pier Cottages.

 

Representatives from the Union Pier Cottages project were in                Union Pier Cottages

attendance requesting approval for the Private Road and Site Plan.

Attending were Attorney Lou Desenberg, Developer Tom Drake,

Engineer Daryl Knips of Abonmarche.

Discussions were held and the following motion was made.

 

Zabicki moved, Steinke seconded to remand the Private Road and

Site Plan back to the Planning Commission for the December 2nd, 2003

meeting. Items to be reviewed and addressed are; Must be builts

(pool?? Club house??). Changes in original site plans, common area,

parking, restriction letter on common area from Mr. RQ White.

 

Meeting rescheduled for December 5th, 2003 9am.

 

Zabicki moved, Steinke seconded to adjourn at 12:38 pm.
