Supervisor Conway called the meeting to order at 10:10 a.m. Call to Order

Also present were: Rahm, Braden, Steinke & Zabicki.

Closed Session:

10:11 am

As provided under MCL 15.268(8)(e), Conway moved, Zabicki seconded to Pending Litigation

go into closed session to consult with our attorney regarding trial and

settlement strategy in connection with the pending litigation of Obrien vs

Township for the reason that an open meeting may have a detrimental financial

effect on the litigating or settlement position of the Township.

(petty cash) of $200.00 for the Building Department. Petty Cash

Conway moved, Braden seconded to approve bills incurred by the Fire Dept. Fire Dept.

Petty cash account. Petty Cash

Zabicki moved, Braden seconded to close the New Buffalo Township Dec 26^th

Offices and the New Buffalo Township Building Department on Friday Closure

December 26^th, 2003.

Motion Carried

Rahm returned. Time 12:30 pm

Consent Agenda: Hire Zoning Administer.
