SPECIAL MEETING

Supervisor Conway called the meeting to order at 1 p.m.                                               Call to Order

Also present were: Rahm, Steinke, Braden & Zabicki

 

PRESENTATION:

 

Tom Traciak of ACI Finance gave a presentation on the results of                                 Sewer Rate Study

the New Buffalo Township Sewer Rate Study.

Traciak also went over the Bonding Contracts for the GRSDA

Sewer expansion project underway.

 

Conway moved, Braden seconded to approve the contract for bonding                         GRSDA Bonding

and to authorize the notice of referendum. (all items attached)                            Contract

 

            Motion             Carried

 

Braden moved, Steinke seconded to adjourn at 3:30 p.m..
