Supervisor Conway called the meeting to order at 1:17  p.m.                                         Call to Order

Also present were: Rahm, Steinke, Braden & Zabicki.

Pledge of Allegiance led by Rahm.

Rahm resolve to terminate the service of Attorney’s Timmons,                                       Release Attorney’s

Walsh, Parrish & Higgs.

Attorney David Peterson to file a motion for Taxation of Costs with                   Taxation of Costs

the courts to recoup any monies spent on the O’Brien v. New Buffalo

Twp. These monies being Public Funds.
