SPECIAL MEETING

Supervisor Conway called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.                                          Call to Order

Also present were: Rahm, Braden, Steinke & Zabicki.  

Pledge of Allegiance  led by Rahm.

 

 

Closed Session:

 

8:35 am

 

As provided under MCL 15.268(8)(e), Rahm moved, Zabicki seconded to                   Pending Litigation

go into closed session to consult with our attorney regarding trial and

settlement strategy in connection with the pending litigation of O’Brien vs.

Township for the reason that an open meeting may have a detrimental financial

effect on the litigating or settlement position of the Township.
